Brother C and J just welcomed their sweet baby girl into this world. 6lbs 7oz. a week and a half early. J went from 5cm to 10 in 30 minutes. Pushed for 20.

On our way to Austin this morning. It was so great to visit with my aunt. she’s awesome.
Friendswood had hurricane ike. It’s a mess…got some pics. Her house wasn’t hurt, just her fence. Got lucky.

Last night, after work, consisted of cleaning house, packing kids, packing dogs, packing us, feeding cats n hedgehog, dropping off dogs, dropping off Wildcat, grocery store snack run, dinner, dropping off Dragon…. a couple of drinks with friends, home… bed.
We were on the road @ 6:03am this morning. Picked up James n hit the highway.

Weekend off

We’re at the lakehouse this weekend. No kids. Just us and the pups. Today was overcast. We had coffee, napped, sat on the porch, pressure washed the porch swing that’s in the yard…. and did you know doberman’s really can swim? Xander figured out the water today. He LOVES it. Crazy. Never would [...]
