Mushy post, folks…sorry. Just feeling extremely thankful for having such an awesome husband.
Some words to describe Jake:
Selfless – 1. Having, exhibiting or motivated by no concern for oneself but for others; unselfish.
Courageous – 1. Of a person, displaying or possessing courage.
Loving – 1. Possessing or showing an intense feeling of affection and care towards another person.
After months of planning and figuring finances (insurance does not cover any of it)… today, Jake had a vasectomy reversal.
It’s been a long day.
Everything went well. We were there for 5 hours. 6:15am – 11:45am (Waiting rooms suck, btw…especially when it was 50 degrees in this one, for some reason– IT’S A WAITING ROOM, NOT A GYM-THE AC DOES NOT NEED TO BE ON WHEN IT’S 50 OUTSIDE!) The people were great tho. And the doc was awesome.
Found out Jake’s allergic to Levaquin, but they caught it before it did much, just some red streaks on his arm.
3 days of bed rest.
3 days of ice.
3 weeks, no ….. well, let’s just say we could sleep in separate rooms and have the same effect.
He’s home and resting….just really tired and groggy.
But he’s cute when he’s groggy.
And I like to baby him. It doesn’t happen much, but now he can’t get away.
heh.

Sweet boy. I sure do love you. You have more love to give than I have ever experienced in my life. I only hope you know that I love you just as deep.
You are my hero. You are my best friend.
I’ll love you forever, no matter what.
