We closed the sale on Jake’s house yesterday. Papers were signed and checks were exchanged. Wow. It’s been on the market for 6 months and Realtorchick SOLD THE HOUSE!!! For real.. Woot!

Screwing

A 1 lb box of 2-inch deck screws is sufficient to screw down ONE 3/8 inch 4×8 piece of plywood.
Screws around the perimeter = 3 inches apart
Screws through the middle = 6 inches apart
So- if you have 10 boards to screw down, buy more than 3 boxes of screws. -
The slope-sensitive pool

So.. Wildcat got this little 8′ x 30″ pool for his birthday. It wasn’t expensive and it didn’t look too hard for us to set up. We saw that is required a level place to set up… but we didn’t realize it had to be EXACTLY-ON-THE-DOT level.
